Our primary service area covers Surrey and the surrounding counties. We regularly work in Guildford, Woking, Dorking, Epsom, Leatherhead, and Reigate.
We also accept projects in Greater London (South West), Hampshire (North East), and West Sussex (North). For locations outside these areas, please enquire — we're often happy to travel for larger projects.
There's no charge for travel within our core service area. Projects requiring extended travel may incur a small additional fee, which we'll always discuss upfront.
We respond to all email enquiries within 24 hours on working days. Most messages receive a reply within a few hours.
Initial garden assessments are typically scheduled within 5–7 working days. We'll find a time that works around your schedule.
